Beautify the Beach
Join a group of volunteers helping the Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation collect trash at Jenness Beach in Rye, NH. These monthly beach cleanups aid in protecting marine life from debris in the ocean, and contribute to an ongoing scientific study. All supplies, plus snacks and beverages are provided. Please sign up if you are planning on attending by calling or filling out an online form at their website. "The Watch has a variety of on-going projects that are open to volunteers of all ages and backgrounds. We have volunteers ranging from middle school students to retirees. We currently are looking for new volunteers to help support the monitoring effort. Volunteers will receive the training and support they need to monitor water quality."

Great Bay Stewards supports the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve and the Sandy Point Discovery Center.
